1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the HashMine mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Application and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

HashMine provides a mobile platform enabling users to purchase, lease, or manage remote cloud-based cryptocurrency and commodity mining capacity ("hash power").

Hardware Disclaimer: You explicitly acknowledge that HashMine is entirely a cloud-based management platform. No local mining activity occurs on your smartphone or user-owned physical hardware. You are purchasing or renting temporary remote server capabilities hosted in decentralized data centers.

3. Supported Assets & Risks

The service allows users to interface with cloud contracts tracking digital assets including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tron (TRX), Tether (USDT), alongside tokenized/digital representations of Gold and Silver commodities.

Financial Volatility Warning: Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Mining difficulty, network protocols, and market prices fluctuate significantly and unpredictably. Past performance of cloud mining output does not guarantee future results. You accept all inherent market risks and acknowledge that mining outcomes are variable.

4. User Accounts & Verification

To access certain features of the Application, you are required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Purchases and Refund Policy

All purchases or allocations of cloud mining hash power are final due to the live operational costs of reserving remote server infrastructure. Refunds, if any, are governed strictly by Google Play's billing guidelines or at the sole discretion of the platform administrator under verified systemic failure conditions.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not utilize the Application for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the remote cloud infrastructure, user interface, or API services connected to HashMine.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HashMine, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or network difficulty variations arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these documents within the application structure.
